At Yvon Lambert, we strive for complete satisfaction with your fashion purchases. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, you may return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and include the completed return form to ensure your refund is processed without delay.
Shipping and Drop-off
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary collection at your convenience.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
