It is printed by Art & Caractère in Lavaur, bound and placed in a full cloth lined box by the Reliure d’Art du Centre in Limoges. The treatment of the photographs in two colors and the control of the production are done by Droit à l’image in Le Bono. Stéphane Crémer has ensured to its proper execution.
